ILT Design Brief

This is a sample design brief I created to help a grocery store chain unify and standardize its respectful workplace training toward increasing employee retention and reducing instances of harassment in the workplace.

In the design, I suggest a flipped classroom approach for the Team Leaders and an in-person instructor-led approach for the Team Members. 

Note: I removed the name of the grocery store chain and updated some content to avoid any associated identifiers.
