Personas

As part of our human-centered design process, I created these personas to help our team identify which instructional approach, media, and learner needs were most appropriate for the end users. The personas are based on actual survey responses from the end users – in this case parents and guardians throughout Texas. I put these personas through a peer-review process with the design team and several end users to ensure they were authentic.
